White Pudding (Sweet)

by Anne Baize
(Phoenix, AZ, USA)

My Great Grandmother made a white stiff pudding that was served under cherries. I believe she baked in small glass cups, and after they were cooled, she topped them with cherries in a thick sauce. My Great Uncle loved this white pudding recipe, but I can't find it anywhere in her things. He is 87, and I would like to be able to make it for him as he has mentioned it several times. She may have used rennet or some dessert aid like that.

That is all I remember about the pudding recipe, because I was very young at the time, and was not much into this dessert. Please Help me find this if you can. This was in the late 40s and 50s that she made this pudding.
