Before you start building a website, you will need to choose a theme (niche subject) to build the website around. Each page on your site will focus upon a single topic that's related to that overall theme.

There's a wide variety of themes you could build a website on, but it's always best to choose something you're knowledgeable about and/or passionate about. It makes it much easier to create interesting site pages if you know and love the subject. That's why I picked old-time recipes as my website theme.
