Orange-Cranberry Muffins

by M.C. Smith
(Ackley IA)

The orange-cranberry muffins are extremely moist, orange muffins; huge with the burst of cranberry. I know I used orange juice and lots of eggs. Other than that I do not remember what all it took. I seem to think real unsalted butter being in them.

I wrote the recipe on the back of an envelope, and it has long since went by the wayside. They make a nice Holiday gift. Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Does Anyone Have The Recipe?
by: Don

Thanks for your recipe request, M.C.

Hopefully, someone will have the recipe. Lemon-cranberry muffins have always been one of my favorite muffins, but I'd love to try the orange cranberry flavor. I'm sure they'd be delicious.
