I had a slight difficulty with the online ordering process, though. The Nutrisystem Canada® site wouldn't let me enter my email address to get the Free Body Assessment, so I phoned the toll-free help line and found myself speaking with Joanne, a friendly representative in the USA who patiently helped me through the online order process. So, my order was shipped from the States, and I obtained several meal choices that for some reason are not offered on the Canadian site. A big plus for me, and a good reason for Canadians to purchase Nutrisystem foods via the toll-free telephone number that's provided on the website. I ordered the Nutrisystem diet plan online on April 8th. My Nutrisystem food order left the warehouse in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania the next day and was delivered to my doorstep in Peterborough, Ontario on the 13th by UPS. That's just 5 days in transit; not bad considering it needed to cross the border! The package weight is 42 pounds according to the UPS shipping label, and I believe it. It's heavy! I felt pity for the poor deliveryman as he lugged it up the front steps and into my house. I'm happy I didn't have to lift it and simply dragged it into my home office next to my computer. Overall, the Nutrisystem diet plan is a complete, well thought out diet package. There's even a large green "Welcome" sticker on the box with a toll-free number to call where you can listen to a message about getting started with the diet program. The breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks were all kept separate on cardboard trays within the main box protected by air-filled plastic shipping bags during shipping.
