Lost Recipes

Have You Lost A Favorite Dessert Recipe?

If you are searching for lost recipes, you have come to the right place.

Perhaps you recall a wonderful dessert dish that your mother or grandmother once made, and you would like to enjoy it again, but you cannot find the recipe.

Now, you can get to enjoy that delicious dessert and relive happy memories simply by submitting your recipe request here. Your request will be shared with hundreds of other dessert lovers from around the world, and it's likely that someone will have a copy of your recipe.

But first, I need you to do two things:

1. Use my Recipe Search to see whether the recipe you are requesting is already published elsewhere on this website.

2. Look at the Dessert Recipe Requests made by other site visitors. It is possible that someone else has already requested the dessert recipe you are searching for, and it might already be published below.

Oh, and while you are looking, if it turns out that you have a recipe someone else is wanting, please send it to them in a Comment, and the person who made the request will be notified.

Still can't find it?...

Try My Lost Recipe Finder

Submit your dessert recipe request in the Recipe Finder below. Another dessert lover might have the exact recipe you want. Only submit ONE request at a time, though. You are welcome to return later and submit additional requests, but they must be for vintage dessert dishes only.

Suggestions

The more information you can give about the dessert, the greater the possibility that someone will respond with a comment. A request needs to contain enough information to help someone identify the recipe and want to give it to you.

Just pretend you are writing to a friend. Perhaps tell a little about the dessert, who made it, a fond memory associated with it, why you would like to have the recipe, and so on.

Please Note: Your submission must be your own. We cannot accept copyrighted © recipes taken from published sources including other websites. Product promotions and links to other websites won't be accepted.

Please send us your lost recipe request.

We would love to help you find it.

It's Easy: Here's How

1. Enter the dessert name. This will help people to find your recipe request page when they search for it.

2. Enter your old-time recipe request. It's your page to share what you want, but add enough information to make someone want to respond to your request.

Click the question marks (?) below for additional help.
