Irish Coffee Cooler RecipeThis modern-style recipe for St. Patrick's Day is adapted from an older beverage recipe.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup cold Irish coffee 1/3 cup store-bought Irish coffee creamer 1 teaspoon sugar 3 ice cubes 1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
Place the coffee into the blender. Add the coffee creamer and sugar. Top it with the ice cubes. Blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture is frothy. Pour into a tall glass and top with fresh, sweetened whipped cream. Single serving.
