Please Join Me In Helping Children Around The World

Introducing The Julia Project Foundation,
A Nonprofit Charity For Children

Don Bell, Peterborough, Canada

Helping children around the world to experience a better, healthier life is the mission of The Julia Project Foundation, a small nonprofit charity for children founded by my close friend, Jill Carty of Lakefield, Ontario, Canada. Jill and her husband Jim have a passion to help children who are poverty stricken and unable to help themselves.

African sewing machine - The Julia Project helping children around the world This is a hands-on children's charity. All funds donated go directly to help specific individuals in need. And no donation is considered too small when it comes to making a difference in the lives of hurting children. Every penny counts!

For example, $10 can buy schoolbooks for a child in Haiti, or pencils for a classroom in Kenya. $200 can buy a treadle sewing machine to create a small business opportunity for a needy family without any job opportunities.

I have no qualms in asking you to support this charity in whatever way you can. I support it myself by donating a portion of what my website earns. I know that Jill puts every cent that's donated to good use in helping needy children, many of whom are lacking basic education and suffering from HIV/AIDS. It's not the fault of the children, yet they will continue to suffer without our support.

Please visit The Julia Project website and read the heartwarming story of Julia, the five-year-old Canadian girl who saved 1700 pennies to help African children in need. Julia's selfless gesture inspired Jill to start her unique charity for children. It's a story you won't want to miss.

While visiting the website, be sure to read about the Carty's travels to Kenya and to an earthquake shattered region of Haiti where practical support was given to needy children and families living in poverty. Thanks to donations both large and small, lives are forever changed.

If you would like to donate to help children, you won't find a better opportunity for helping children around the world than The Julia Project, a registered Canadian Children's Charity.

Sincerely,

Don Bell, Peterborough, Canada
