Chocolate Cake With Icing Baked In

My Mom used to make a chocolate cake that when she would take it out of the oven, it already had icing on it. It was so moist, and it was something you had to eat warm with vanilla ice cream. I know it was made with cocoa, but that's all I know. Does someone have this chocolate cake recipe? If so, I would love to have it.

When this chocolate cake was taken out of the oven and turned over upside down, it had dark dark chocolate icing on it.
