Easy Dessert Recipes Ezine -- 016 November 08, 2006 |
Edited Archival VersionWelcomeHi Everybody! This issue contains an unusual old-time cake recipe and links to several new dessert pages you will enjoy visiting. There are lots of good things happening on the recipe site! Well, here it is November, and we have no snow yet in the Kawartha Lakes region. I am not complaining, though, the snow is bound to arrive soon. For the present, we are enjoying the sunny fall weather while we can. Today, the temperature rose above 12°C, and it is forecast to be mild throughout the remainder of the week. Let's all wish our American friends a wonderful Thanksgiving this month. We celebrated our Canadian Thanksgiving in October. The roast turkey with dressing and cranberry sauce, and the homemade pumpkin pie is still fresh in my mind. Mmmm, it was all so good tasting.
